According to Emil Guillermo’s column at Asian Week, Bobby Jindal is a Man of No Color. I first learned about the article from a link on Michelle Malkin’s website.

The politics of color is changing in America. For people of color, the best path to success may be to become a “person of no color.”

Mr. Guillermo uses this term Man of No Color as a negative, but I think without realizing it he’s admitting that in one way we’re acheiving the “colorless” society that the liberals have always talked about. This man simply won’t act like the downtrodden, disadvanteged minority he’s supposed to be. He’s actually acting like…like…an AMERICAN!

Now I don’t really believe we’ve arrived at a true colorless society. I’m not sure we could ever really get there. What I can say is this: It’s the liberals that don’t want us to get there…despite what they say to the contrary. Dr. Martin Luther King said in his famous speech,

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

It would appear that Governer-Elect Bobby Jindal is being judged exactly that way. I say it’s about time.

Congratulations to Bobby Jindal, the first “colorless” Governer in the U.S.!
