• What Is A Night Twister?

  Night Twister was my “CB handle” back in the late ’70s. I got the name from the father of a girl I talked with from time to time. It’s the name of a homemade airplane that he built, and he suggested that I use that as my handle.

As reported by Kevin Duggan at The Coloradoan today, a state panel has recommended raising taxes and fees by $1.5 billion for transportation improvements in Colorado. This panel was convened by democrat governor Bill Ritter.
